Good afternoon, Spring Woods Residents!
This is a friendly reminder that our next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2026, at 7:30 PM in the Clubhouse.
I have attached the meeting agenda for your review. This is a wonderful opportunity to stay informed about our community, see your assessments at work, and get updates on important projects like the pool resurfacing and the revised community Welcome Packets.
Please note a slight correction to our schedule: we will be hosting a meet-and-greet with ArchWell Health, rather than Admiral Company. ArchWell Health provides primary care specifically designed for adults age 60+ in Florida , and they have a new center located at 5660 Bayshore Rd., Unit 42, North Fort Myers, FL 33917.
The meet-and-greet will take place right before our meeting, from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM, and will roll directly into a brief presentation at the start of the board meeting. I have attached their flyer for you to review beforehand.
